Make sure, that the IP of www.test.com is the IP of the Redirection server (213.239.192.240)
If the DNS server is provided by a registrar or by another DNS service, ask the poeple there to
change the IP of www.test.com to 213.239.192.240 or to create a CNAME record
www.test.com. IN CNAME redirect.gratisdns.de.
If you didn't setup DNS for your domain test.com yet, follow the HowTo
DNS setup - one domain on a static IP (common setup)
and take as static IP 213.239.192.240.
If you already did the DNS setup, change the IP of www.test.com to 213.239.192.240 or create a CNAME record
www.test.com. IN CNAME redirect.gratisdns.de.
Finally test, if the DNS setup (at your DNS provider or whereever) is o.k.:
ping www.test.com
If you get responses from the IP 213.239.192.240, the DNS setup is complete.
